About Me:
I'm a Level 2 Run Coach with a Certificate 3 in Fitness, currently studying for a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science and completing my Level 1 ASCA certification. My journey began 7 years ago in the military, where I started coaching strength and conditioning. This evolved from coaching a variety of group fitness class to 1 on 1 with people of all ages from children, adolescents, adults and older populations.
My area of expertise is cardiovascular fitness and performance through running, cycling, triathlon and specific Strength and conditioning for improving performance

I coach using an evidence-based approach which means my thought process when perscribing your program will be based off known priciples and research that shows it works.

Theres nothing worse than talking to someone who hates their job. My passion for not only running but all things regarding physcial activity allows me to be passionaite on whether your goal is running orientated, maybe a hike, or bike ride. Phrehaps you don’t currently enjoy physical activity yet and that’s okay. Lets start the conversation and have your best hype man by your side.

My Coaching Philosophy:
Exercise is like brushing your teeth – consistency is key. Just as regular brushing keeps your teeth healthy, consistent exercise leads to significant improvements over time.
I believe in understnading clients backgrounds, current commitments and goals to developing an effective program that works for the client.
Maintaining clear communication and transparency, understanding that life can be busy and sessions might need adjustments.
My diverse experience, including working with the military and balancing work, study, and family life, allows me to empathize and create effective evidence based plans even for the busiest schedules.
